 Cancellation Policy:
Once confirmed, cancellation of orders must be received in writing at least three business days prior to scheduled delivery date to avoid being charged.  Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours prior to delivery date will be assessed a penalty equaling 25% of invoice total.  Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, at the time of delivery, or after delivery, will result in a charge of 100% of invoice total.
Delivery Information:
You or a representative from your company must be on-hand to sign for delivery of rental equipment. Repeat deliveries and/or pick-ups are subject to an additional charge. Freight charges include: delivery, basic installation, and pick-up to and from your office, hotel room, or booth unless equipment is shipped through FedEx, UPS, or other carrier.
Note: Some venues may charge drayage and/or union fees for which you will be responsible.
